Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Your comfort is our priority, but hygiene is important too!

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return (helps us improve your future shopping experience!)
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide you with return shipping instructions. Please note:

  • For exchanges: We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • For refunds: We process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving your return

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your refund
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your refund

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for your new item.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Shoe Laces and Accents: Due to their small size and hygiene considerations
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked in product descriptions
  • Worn or Damaged Items: That show signs of wear or aren’t in original condition

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
